One Hour Forestry Add On

You can choose to add on Forestry (+F) to either an Emergency First Aid At Work (EFAW) or a First Aid At Work (FAW) course at the time. This extends either course by one guided learning hour.  For corporate clients it is possible to run this qualification independently if your learners already hold either a current Level 3 Emergency First Aid At Work or Level 3 First Aid At Work qualification.  It is a packed course which provides the learners with the skills that matter most when you’re working miles away from the nearest help.

  • Where a first aid needs assessment identifies the necessity for an emergency first aider in the workplace, this 6-hour qualification meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982. The learner will gain the knowledge and practical competence required to deal with a wide range of workplace first aid situations. The qualification is also suitable for people with responsibility for the provision of first aid in other settings such as voluntary and community groups.
